What we look for those that want to join =5th=.

1. Prospective =5th= must be 18 years old and up only. If a player is close to 18 and shows maturity - we can bend a little on this rule. There are several reasons for this rule. One: we are teaching tactics in =5th=, which means we are training to be better killers. As leaders of this squad we will not accept the responsibility of training a youth how to do such things. The military today only will draft 18 to 25 year olds so we will do the same as far as the beginning age goes. However, old farts, unlike the military, are accepted in =5th=, lol! Second: maturity! The younger a team is the more chances for eternal problems because of issues concerning maturity. We can train people to acheive better skills but we cant force maturity on children.

2. A person who doesnt talk trash and plays w/ integrity.

3. Arrogance is a fault and promotes disunity w/in the team.

4. Someone who employs tactics.

5. A willingness to learn.

6. Willingness to teach but w/out abusing the learner.

7. A tenacious personality. Quiters can effect everyones play. We all are going to have bad games, but a good player will persist through a bad game. A good player will also request that someone take their place if it is a connection or computer problem.

8. They must be voted in by members or brought before =5th= members. Most of the time we will vote on new players.

Last but not least...

9. Someone who wants to have fun and loves the game.
