Another =5th= server came online to meet the needs of the large number of =5th= squad members on the West Coast. Remember, server ping and knife kills have an inverse square relationship. So check your dog tags at the door!
Like all other =5th= servers, =5th= Special Ops - West Coast streams to PBBans to serve up hot, foamy justice to anyone who trys cheating. We don't tolerate cheaters and you shouldn't either. If you suspect someone of cheats let a =5th= member know the player's name and we will check the Punk Buster screen shots. |

Bad Company 2 is here and the =5th= are out in force! Just search for =5th= Special Ops in the Bad Company 2 server browser and come join the action in the =5th='s 32-player server. Currently the server rotates all the Conquest maps and some evenings the =5th= manually change the rotation to Rush maps. When EA and DICE release an update that allows the server to rotate multiple game types, expect the =5th= server to host a nice mix of Conquest and Rush. The server is hopping most evenings, so come get some!
Expect =5th= to enter several TeamWarfare League ladders in the coming weeks. |

After extensive beta play 5th Special Operations Group has moved into Call of Duty: World at War. We've traded in our M4s and G3s for Thompsons and BARs and are off to fight the good fight.  Come Play in the =5th= World at War public server 67.222.138.96 and make sure to add us to your favorites! Currently all game types and all maps are in the server rotation. Learn the maps, make some friends! |

April 20, 2008 =5th= voted unanimously to approve DesertDog for entry into hell month. DesertDog has been playing with the 5th Special Operations Group for a few months, originally playing with the squad because his brother is a member. =5th= is excited to have him now moving towards becoming a full member. |

April 18th, 2008 =5th= approved SgtMay for entering Hell Month as a recruit. Hell Month is the trial period all =5th= members must pass for full membership in the squad. |
